i find another converter is good too.
and although it is not free.
but it performs quite well.
it also allow us to convert a lot files at the same time.

OK I have tested this free PDF to Word converter today. But I find that it can not convert the restricted PDF files. I find the tool Adreamsoft PDF to Word that can convert restrict PDF files well. But the layout format may not as good.
