Download Vista and Windows 7 Help program (WinHlp32.exe) to view 32-bit windows help files on your PC. This free help program has been included with Microsoft Windows versions starting with the Microsoft Windows 3.1 operating system. However, Microsoft stopped including this 32-bit Windows Help file viewer in releases beginning with Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.

Windows Help program can be installed on your PC only if you are logged on to Windows as an administrator.You can download the program for windows 7 and Vista from here.

However, the above downloads are only available to customers running the genuine Microsoft Windows. If you have a genuine Windows 7, free download the Windows Help program.
